No Light Top Quark After All *

In models with charged Higgs bosons, various bounds on the top mass may not hold. In particular, the bound coming from 2' decays and the bound coming from B-B mixing can each be avoided. However, these two bounds cannot be simultaneously avoided. Consequently, the lower limit mt 2 40 GeV announced by MARK II would be valid even if there existed a light charged Higgs.
